2. Prices of the Products
2.1. All prices on the site are shown in GB Pounds Sterlings and include VAT, insurance during freight, all taxes and duties.
2.2. We try to ensure all prices on the web site are accurate. Nevertheless, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have offered, we will contact you to resolve the situation.
2.3. If by mistake we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item in question. In case of an obvious error in pricing, we reserve the right to charge the correct selling price.
3. Our Right to Cancel
3.1. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
3.1.1. One or more of the Products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers or for any other reason; or
3.1.2. A Force Majeure Event occurs.
3.2. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will offer an alternative replacement Product or refund to you any amounts paid to us as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
3.3. We shall not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered and we shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims that you may incur.
4. Products Details
4.1. Images of goods on the site may not show the actual size of items. Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item, and your attention is drawn to the Product details and content where given.
All sizes and measurements on the site are approximate. They are provided for guidance purpose only.
4.2. In the unlikely event of change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered, we will offer you a substitute of the same or better quality for the same price.
5. Order Acceptance and Payment
5.1. A binding contact is formed only when you receive a confirmation by us that your order has been accepted and we have your credit/debit card charged. For our Money Back Guarantee, please refer to the Money Back Policy section.
5.2. All goods must be paid in full before shipping. All transactions are carried out in GBP Sterlings only.

6. Special Orders
6.1. The status "special order" is applied to certain jewellery at our own discretion. Please note that custom delivery times, money back conditions and additional charges may apply to any special order placed.
6.2 Additional charges may apply for jewellery items that fall into the Special Order category.
6.3. Rings of non-stock sizes (outside L-P sizes), any customised jewellery or jewellery made to order are considered "customized jewellery" and fall into the category "Special Order".
6.4. Special Orderes cannot be returned and refunded unless they are faulty.
7. Shipping & Delivery of Goods
7.1.
The delivery to the UK is FREE for all orders. For all EU orders P&P of £8 is applicable and for all US orders P&P of £10 is applicable.
7.2. We ship all orders below £100 with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders above £100 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees next day delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover of the goods ordered. All packages that are sent require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect it from a local post office.
7.3. Delivery time is within 3-7 working days. Please note that certain ring sizes as well as jewellery made to order may take longer to deliver. If an item is out of stock at the time of the order and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days, we will contact you to agree new delivery date.
7.4. Please note that if the shipping address differs from the billing one, we may contact you to ask for further documentation and/or proof of ID and the order might take a little bit longer to deliver.
7.5. Goods are subject to availability. I- Diamonds.co.uk cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
8. Money Back Policy
8.1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We strive to ensure all goods reach our customers in excellent condition. If at any time it happens that you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us, please contact us immediately at

The goods must be returned within 7 days from the purchase in their original package. We recommend the goods to be sent through special delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover.
The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Returned goods will only be credited, repaired or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements are made at our own discretion.

All of our products have passed a stringent quality and hygiene control. For your protection, we ship earrings in a transparent plastic bag which is sealed and rings come with a security loop. These seals must be intact if you are returning the item and apply for a refund.
We recommend that the goods be sent through special delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover. The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Refunds are arranged within the next 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.

9. Warranty
